Spring is almost here...


Is it not one of the biggest events of the year? Changing every little aspect of our lives every three months to fit with the weather, the sunshine, the cold and the different fruits. We eat differently, so in winter everyone seems to put on weight as they don't see their curves under their skin tight jeans and in summer everyone seems to lose weight as it appears they eat lots of fruit as it's in season and exercise regularly by playing summer sports.
