Well 2009 is here and I've already been wondering about this March, this June, this September and so forth. Every year, season after season, we are introduced to new trends or new takes on old trends. Today I decided to compile a list of my predictions for the new four seasons, beginning with this Summer.
January - February 2009 (Summer):
* Bohemian Chic will remain until the end of summer and then it shall decide to leave our minds for at least two months.
* Mix & Match Prints are big at the moment and it shall remain so for the duration of January and February.
March - May 2009 (Autumn):
* The cool colours (blues, purples, blacks & greys) will make a reappearance.
* The trench coat and blazer will begin to fill fashion magazines.
* Black Opaque stockings will reappear.
* Coloured stockings may make an appearance but they won't be around for long thank goodness.
June - August 2009 (Winter):
* Heels are going to be huge (especially stilettos) after all the sandals worn in summer & the ballet flats in Autumn.
* Corporate chic will be on everyone's mind.
September - November (Spring):
* Bold hairstyles will be everywhere.
* Yellow and orange will be the signature colours.
