Ra Ra Springtastica

The Ra Ra Skirt was a hit in the 70's, was disclaimed in the 80's, reinvented in the 90's and pronounced dead in 2001 but fashion thinks, that perhaps it may have made a comeback. I had not heard of this comeback since Dotti, in early June released a floral Ra Ra Skirt. It was cute, it looked eccentric and a mock vintage piece. So, what was so special about this piece? Well sooner, rather than later, other chain stores and big designer brands have released a similar sort of piece. So for once, is it possible, that a chain store has begun a new trend? Has begun the dominos, rather than a big label like Chanel?
